The Lancaster Public Library is located in downtown Lancaster, just one block north of Penn Square on the 100 block of North Queen Street. The Library is across the street from Binns Park, and is easily accessible by foot, bike, bus, or car.

The Queen Street location anchors the Christian Street Parking Garage.
